Proceedings of the Conference Held in Capri, Italy, May 1991
The principal objective of the third OSL workshop was an in-depth assessment of our present theoretical and experimental understanding of how radiation, velocity, and magnetic fields, together with thermodynamic variables, behave as a fully coupled system. A key topic of discussion was the role of magnetic fields in the electromechanical coupling of different parts of the solar atmosphere.
